Mike Thornton —a coach with 13+ years in Personal Training and 8 + years in management operations. I’ve built and led high-performing teams and drove individual growth by optimising physical and mental health. My psychology background (BSc and Graduate Diploma) informs a science-backed approach to behavior change, sleep, stress resilience, and mental health—critical levers for sustainable fat loss and confident leadership. I work with parents aged 30–50 who want to lose fat, gain strength, build confidence, think more clearly, and show up stronger for their partners and kids while accelerating their careers.
